Lots of water, try to add these to my diet at least 4X/week: fatty fish, fruits, vegetables (like leafy greens, broccoli, and alliums), whole grains, beans, and nuts due to their omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber content. ********* Recipe alertโ™จ๏ธ********* Setae onions and garlic in an avocado oil, after they're simmering nicely add black beans-I will send it all together on low heat for 25 minutes while mixing periodically. Add some light seasoning like taco seasoning or jalapenos. Top it with a dollop of sour cream and scallions maybe some shredded cheese. Scoop it up and eat it with some whole grain chips, crackers, or bread. I keep this on hand in fridge through the week. black beans are good for reducing inflammation and may help with arthritis due to their rich content of fiber, protein, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds like polyphenols. They can help lower inflammatory markers and improve insulin sensitivity. For best results, ensure they are cooked properly to neutralize any lectins and monitor your individual response to the food

I am really in to the health of my skin. Making sure I wear highest UV protection, Hydrating on the inside and out. Cleanse and mask face accordingly Pat not rub facial skin.-(stretches if you rub) Did you know that Bok choy is a good source of skin health.
