30/30 Day. Coaching As A Way of Life! (07/06/2025)
The title of the day suggests that 'coaching' can be taken both as a Profession and as a Way of life. I choose to reflect on the latter, by integrating coaching 'principles and practices' into one's day today living, not just in professional settings. Coaching as a way of life emphasizes - continuous learning, self-improvement, and helping others reach their own potential in their lives. This approach fosters a mindset of growth, collaboration, and empowerment, extending beyond specific goals to create a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life. While coaching is often associated with professional development, 'as a way of life,' it extends its reach to all aspects of life, including personal relationships, family and community. Of course, this mindset encourages ongoing learning, self-reflection, and adaptation to challenges, fostering resilience and adaptability. It can lead to increased self-confidence, improved decision-making, better communication skills, and greater sense of well-being. Given the rigor and challenge by making 'coaching' as a way of life, not many may choose this as their way of living. However, if someone chooses this or feels deep within as his/her MISSION in this life, then, in my opinion, it is worth giving a try. A vision of coaching as a mission deepens one's commitment and offers a qualitative service to the growth of individuals, groups and families.

Totally agree George, Coaching is life!❤️‍🔥
The one where Bambi pooped during my presentation
Lately I’ve been talking about authenticity in coaching… And how it can help you land clients and run a profitable business, even in the age of AI… So here’s a real life example of what I mean (it’s a bit graphic so be warned): Last week I was halfway through a presentation on Zoom to 100+ coaches… When my chihuahua Bambi had a seizure. (For context: she's had these for years, and I've learned to manage them. But they're never easy.) What followed was... interesting She lost control of her bowels… Started eating it… And then my other chihuahua Belle decided to join the party. There I was, delivering an important session we’d promoted for weeks… Trying to maintain some semblance of professionalism... While simultaneously: - Cleaning up dog mess - Administering medication - Setting up an emergency kennel - Going off camera to handle the chaos - Coming back to continue teaching Not exactly the polished "expert" performance some might expect. But here's the thing... The response from the group wasn't disappointment or judgment. It was the opposite! As you can see from the images below, people connected MORE deeply with me because of this. Why? Because they got to see a real human, handling real life, in real time. And real life doesn't pause for presentations… Sometimes you're just cleaning up dog mess while trying to teach. And isn't that what coaching is really about? Teaching people how to navigate life's messiness with grace... While being honest about our own messy moments along the way. The point is: The world doesn't need more "perfect" coaches. It needs more real ones. People who can teach from their struggles, not just their successes. Who can show that it's okay when things don't go to plan. That you can maintain calm in the chaos... Without pretending the chaos doesn't exist. Because at the end of the day... Your clients aren't hiring you for your perfection. They're hiring you for your humanity. Let's gooooo!

NEW get clients session
Get $1,500+ clients WITHOUT social media… (Register at the link below for Saturday's free training) With your permission, I’d love to show you the exact system that lets coaches land high-paying clients without social media posting or cold DMs. And it works whether you're brand new or already coaching full-time. This Saturday, I'm hosting a live training that will transform how you get clients. Most coaches are stuck... They spend hours creating posts nobody sees. They dance for the algorithm hoping for engagement. They slide into DMs only to get ghosted. Meanwhile, their bank account doesn't grow. Which is why I've decided to help as many coaches as I can turn their coaching skills into regular coaching cash they can earn remotely. On this live training, you'll discover: * How to land $1,500+ clients WITHOUT posting on social media * The automation system that books calls on your calendar while you're busy or just out living life * How to add an extra $20k-$100k per month to your coaching business And… you WON’T need: - An audience - A big budget - "Authority" status - Anything "ready" to start landing clients PLUS... * I'm also going to share how you can get the COA System Training for FREE to speed up the process (yes, you read that correctly!). I've used this exact system to build multiple 7-figure coaching businesses, and now I'm revealing it all. Imagine waking up to calendar notifications from clients who want to work with you... The training is on Saturday 19th April, and it's completely free to attend. Here’s the link to register: >>> YES! I want to get clients who pay $1,500+
