The One Person You'd Invite To Coffee ☕
You get to spend an hour having coffee with anyone in the world, past or present. It could be someone you admire, a creator you follow, a successful business owner, or someone whose ideas changed how you see life. Who would you invite, and what would you ask them?

Definitely Steve Jobs. I’d love to pick his brain about the early days of Apple and how he managed to stay so incredibly ahead of his time.
Win Your Morning, Set Yourself Up For Success
The way you start your morning can shape how you think, work, and make decisions throughout the day. Successful entrepreneurs like Jeff Bezos, Tim Cook, Warren Buffett, and Bill Gates understand the value of protecting their time and focusing on what matters most. Instead of immediately reaching for your phone or getting caught up in distractions, give yourself time to think, read, learn, and plan your priorities. You don't need an elaborate morning routine to get started. Even a few minutes of uninterrupted focus each day can help you build better habits and make steady progress toward your goals. Small, consistent actions can add up to meaningful results over time. What's one morning habit that helps you stay focused and productive throughout the day? ❤️

Prioritising focus!
They Bet I Wouldn't Last a Day
In my first year of university I wanted to go to Italy for half the summer. None of the finance or banking jobs I wanted would hire me for only half the summer, so I got a job in landscaping. It was the most physically demanding job I ever had and the foreman pushed me hard. I later found out that the crew was trying to break me and they had a bet for how long I'd last with them. The shortest bet was 1 day (lol) and the longest was 2 weeks. Once they saw I wasn't going to quit I gained their respect and became part of the crew... and raised the money I needed to get to Italy. As much as I'm an introvert, I love working on a small team. When people ask is it the journey or the destination, my favorite answer is neither, it's the company you keep along the way. #Believe

Sometimes the most demanding roles teach us the most about our own limits.
Do It Even When No One Is Watching
Not every effort gets noticed. There will be days when no one sees the work, the discipline, or the sacrifices you’re making. Do it anyway. The habits you build in private eventually become the results people see in public. This Monday, keep showing up for the future you’re building. What are you working on behind the scenes?

9 Signs Your Business Depends Too Much on You
If you stop working and your income stops entirely. That is not a business, that is a cage. Ask yourself this: “Can my business generate $20,000 a month if I don’t show up to work?” Turn the magic in your head into a checklist your team can run without you standing over them. The day your business can win without you in every single room is a day it stops being this fragile little egg and starts being worth something. If these 9 things sound familiar, your business may depend too much on you: 1. You do everything 2. You can’t take time off 3. Everyone comes to you 4. You keep doing the same tasks 5. You’re always putting out fires 6. You have no time to think 7. You don’t trust others to do it 8. Your business stops when you stop 9. Everything goes through you You will never scale a business if you insist on making every single decision yourself. You have to build systems that run without you. Do any of these sound familiar to you?

Turning that 'magic in your head' into a repeatable checklist is the hardest but most rewarding transition.
