August - Ask Me Anything - Please Read
Looks like Monday mornings are not a good option for Live "Ask Me Anything" No recording for meeting today Please let me know in the comments if Live "Ask Me Anything" are valuable The attendance has been low the last couple meetings If there is a better date and time for the majority of people we will work on using that going forward If you would prefer another format other than Live meetings then please make suggestions Thanks Michael Twyman

I too was sorry to have missed. I had a last minute appointment that I could not reschedule. What about Mondays over lunch 12-1:00 or 4:00-5:00 pm?

Good Review Of Nitric Oxide
I have followed Lance for a few years Always good to hear a 70+ year old guys ideas on what he is doing for his longevity practices I don't know about the Nitralis product he discusses but I will take a look and see if has any validity Also the idea about peptides for nitric oxide is unproven so would not focus on this area at this time I can tell by his presentation that many of the talking points are derived from Dr Nathan Bryan's books and talks. I will be attending an event where Dr Bryan will be speaking and will here straight from him what is new in nitric oxide research so stay tuned
