I help women 40+ who feel invisible and disconnected create simple 5-minute daily rituals so they can feel calmer, more present, and more like themselves again. I have started a lead magnet to build my email list, then I plan to have a challenge/mini course leading to a main course and then a membership! 2. ‘Come Back to the Table’. Parenting support for reconnecting with your child in a distracted world. For parents who want to put down their phones, pull up a chair, and actually reach their child again. For parent of a child aged 5-12 who struggles with their disruptive and unstable behaviour at home. They desire to build a family unit where all communication and activities are handled in a calm and restorative environment. Hopefully this is the way forward for me. I am really looking forward to getting involved and working really hard with help from you all!! I am definitely planning to get my product built and make my first sale in 30 days!!! 😊
