My partner is getting into baking/cooking (I’m very much encouraging this!) the only issue is I’m currently trying to lose weight for health reasons after my mobility decline my weight has increased ridiculously 🙈 We are adjusting recipes to make them healthier where we can and I’m having a reduced portion where we can’t. Anybody got tips on ways to make adjustments without destroying flavour? What’s your go to swaps?
@Leigh Rose maybe keeping it simple will help. Try to play a bit with herbs and spices. Quick and easy and will bring a simple twist to something that may feel boring🤗
Every week I order a box of organic fruits and vegetables. Today was delivery day. Of course, I couldn’t resist and started cooking right away. Easy, quick, and healthy! A tray of oven-roasted veggies coming out to side with our meals. And you? Do you also prefer organic fruits and vegetables? 🥕🥦
