It depends on what you mean by meditation. This is a term that’s thrown out and many don’t even know their definition of it. I believe that slow breathing in itself is meditation. When the breath is long and slow, the brain stops going 100 miles an hour and you enter a state of deep relaxation. That being said, for some, jumping out of an airplane with a parachute is the closest thing they experience to meditation. 🤷🏻♀️ When they’re up there, seeing everything from a different place, gives them a new perspective and appreciation for life.
