Good evening everyone Sorry we've been quiet, and a special thank you to all those who have joined us in the last few days and the wealth of amazing expertise these individuals bring. I note we have also just topped 100 people in this community and we now have representation in 10 countries. The last few days we have been tied up looking at exactly what a new food system would like around the world in the coming years if the food system is continually destroyed n the way its heading at the moment. Its becoming very clear we need to concentrate on production of nutritious chemical free food that we can eat and sell locally in season. Food Hubs, Farm Shops, Community Stores, Farmers Markets, Box Schemes, Mobile Shops We believe all help make up the new food system, but for this to happen we need local infrastructure . We have been looking at Mobile Abattoirs, Butchers, Packing Facilities, Mills, that could work in a dedicated area servicing a small number of farms. Chemical Free food sales are up 9% world wide this year and farm shops are up almost 150% on sales and the demand for real food is growing due to the hard work dedication of people world wide that think just like all of us.
