How to Sell to Schools When You Hate Selling
You can run a tough data meeting with a room full of adults and never blink. But pitching your own work to a district? Your stomach drops. That makes sense. Nobody ever taught you how to sell. Selling to schools is a skill, and you can learn it. On Saturday, September 26, I'm showing you how to do it in a way that still sounds like you. No pushy scripts. No pretending to be somebody you're not.

Honest question, no judgment. 👀
When you upload an RFP into AI, what is the first thing you usually ask it to do? Most people type some version of "summarize this for me." And AI does exactly what you asked. It condenses. Which means it decides what is important enough to keep, and something gets cut. Sometimes what gets cut is the required signature page. Or the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Or the pricing form that has to be submitted separately. Drop your usual first prompt below. I want to see what everybody is actually doing, and I will tell you what I would change about it. New video is up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ZDheP9YUJo And the AI Proposal Workshop is August 29 if you want to see this done live: You Have AI. Where Are the Contracts? · Live Workshop Aug 29

I ask it to use my business’s OS folder (which Claude knows to grab it from my desktop) and all of my business information to write a proposal for the specific RFP and be sure to leave space savers for sections or requirements for which my business OS cannot answer.
Bring Your Proposal: AI Proposal Workshop on August 29
You already have AI. But if the proposal is still unclear, too long, or not connected to what the school buyer is scoring, more AI-generated words will not solve the problem. On August 29, we are putting real proposals against a real school RFP. You will see where the message gets lost, what AI missed, and where human judgment and buyer strategy have to take over. Your $100 registration includes: - the live Zoom workshop - the replay within 24 hours, yours to keep - the RFP Decoder - the Go/No-Go Checklist - the Funding Stream Cheat Sheet - the District Ladder Bring a real proposal, RFP, or AI-generated draft. Register here: https://aiproposals.netlify.app/ Comment REGISTERED after you claim your seat.

That if I don’t know how to position my expertise, Chat or Claude do! They will even give you next steps, a funnel, and rebuttals before you even need them.
