Russian Doll - Inner Child
My second Tableau to help people with mental health challenges is represented by the Russian Dolls illustrating very well how our inner child is always present no matter how old we are. the traumas and the joyful memories are all entangled in space time continuum. This means that today's anger is yesterday injustice or emotional distress and today's joy was last night peace of mind. 🙏

The first tool that I am sharing today is a quick drawing of the humain brain with functions and evolution proving that we are primarily emotional beings. We base everything that we do or don't do because of how it will make us feel.
