Offer clarity and feedback ๐Ÿ˜„
Hey everyone! I've been working on clarifying my 4 P's and and would love some feedback. Person: women, stuck in survival mode, disconnected from their bodies, look'fineโ€™ externally but feel empty, emotionally exhausted Problem: feels disconnected from her body and identity, doesn't recognize herself, emotionally overthinks or shuts down, once peace but doesn't know how to slow down safely Promise: support women and peeling back the layers, changing survival patterns, finding inner peace and trust, and discovering the woman they're meant to be Process (this is not done super in depth yet): RETURN Method Restore the body Examine the masks Trust yourself again Uncover Inner Strength Reclaim your identity Nourish your new life My thought is to turn this into either a 6 or 12 week program, weekly either group sessions or one-on-one for a combination of both, also considering offering it in person. In a nutshell: I help overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, exhausted, and disconnected women reconnect to their peace, strength, and inner trust through my RETURN method so they can show up powerfully and whole for themselves, regain control of their lives, and live with purpose and passion. My biggest personal block right now: wrestling with fear myself and feeling like I don't know enough to actually host a program like this and to support women in self-discovery, growth, and healing.

@Jaclynn Woolf Yes pro bono work is a great space to learn and understand where you are at. It has provided me with clarity of direction I want to go and people I enjoy working with

@Jaclynn Woolf Hey congrats on putting a post out there!! It can feel so vulnerable putting yourself out there for a post and not always knowing who will respond. I think sharing It on your main page is a good move too so people can start connecting you & business together or get referrals from friends or family. I posted in a local facebook group for some of my pro bono clients and got some traction there!
podcast on self entitlement (the good kind)
This podcast has become one of my favorites. Just listened to her most recent after my call with Michael and woof I love when a podcast or song just hits at the perfect time, and this one is one of them. One of my favorite lines from this one โ€œthe time is now to trust yourself, to live the life of your dreams, to fully taste the deliciousnessโ€ She is such a poetic & empowering speaker. I feel the words she speaks could really align and inspire some people in this space with the work we are all exploring and diving into. Let me know your thoughts! ๐ŸŒž https://open.spotify.com/episode/44pts5ofjOWCqj8jVX6PE7?si=M3yKFyvBSvyitrOW0I61QA

@Anj Espinosa yes! I find her soooo grounding. She doesnโ€™t do them much anymore but used to have these shorter meditation like episodes if you go to her earlier work and I use those a lot prior to a coaching session!
blooming season ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿชป๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒน
I have had this whole new appreciation for spring this year. I feel so aligned to the energy. Waves of warmth & sun entering, communities of people & animals emerging, blooming of literally everything. Kind of feels like where I am at in this new career journey with new communities & energies I learn from. I feel childlike so imaginative and fresh. Excited to see how I change and grow with the seasons to come. Anybody else been really feeling this spring?

@Anj Espinosa Mm I love that โ€œgrowth doesnโ€™t have to be forcedโ€, It can be natural, messy, surprising. This also made me think how growth often comes after the darkness (winter) too, you may have to work through the trenches in order to see the bloom!

@Ruth Levesque yes I was speaking with a friend yesterday about how sometimes routine allows for more spontaneity which I think goes along with the theme of being grounded & being in a flow brings a different energy out
Maze of finding my dream
Helloooo! Just saw @Joy Bhatti post this past week on insta looking for some clients! Shoutout to you Joy, it has been so fun to grow in this field together and just want to say i felt so much inspo and energy from that post. I loved how authentic and clear it felt. It has me in this ideation and movement phase of taking steps for my biz. Thank you!! With that said, I am really in the works with exploring and understanding who I want to serve / who is my ideal client. I feel really drawn to women's health and wellness, supporting women through life shifts; physically (menses, menopause, hormones, etc.) and mental/life transitions (career, purpose, new mother, empty nester, etc). I love the idea of supporting one on one through virtual or in person sessions, as well as I have been dreaming a lot about how I would love to build out curated community events where i collab with likeminded souls (yoga instructors, healthcare workers, nutritionist, sound bath, tarot readers, librarians, etc) to create a grounding and intentional space for women to get together and have a theme that I can provide education or discussion around (nutrition, herbs, movement, mindfullness, etc). As I feel drawn to this space a couple things keep popping up. One although I am a woman and work in healthcare, there is this knowledge gap that I yearn to become more confident in that I feel like I need in order to support my clients. Also I find it hard to get more clear or specific on my "client profile" more than this and defining the result/solution I could provide? Because my mind just goes to something simple like feeling grounded and empowered in our bodies and choices (which i believe leads to health & wellness whether that be weight loss, decrease in anxiety, menopausal sx relief etc). I also think is that a result people would really want? Anyways this is a maze of thoughts I have had swirling in my head so thought I would see what peoples thoughts are. how have you maneuvered this part of the journey to find clarity? what are ways you have helped grow your own education in order to be a stronger coach? how have you supported your mind in imposter syndrome (which I think some of this stems from)? Welcome any and all reflections and feedback!

first stop,๐Ÿ“Seattle
when i was first exploring coaching, i had 3 main motivators: 1. get out of bedside nursing 2. get to help people in ways i actually believed in (my heart was no longer in the western healthcare model) 3. become my own boss so i could do what i want, when i want this could all be summed up as my definition of โœจfreedomโœจ this week, my wife and i sold our furniture packed up our essentials and our fur babies & officially hit the road to start traveling for the rest of the year first stop: ๐Ÿ“Seattle then weโ€™re going to Puerto Rico in June Bali, Thailand, and Singapore in September iโ€™m not taking PTO (in fact, i still have Stripe payments coming in) i didnโ€™t have to quit a job didnโ€™t have to ask for time off (i can serve my people from wherever) & i fuckin love what i do!!!!!! this is my freedom & iโ€™m so fuggin passionate about showing other nurses how they can create their own version of freedom so if u are wonderingโ€ฆ thatโ€™s why Nursepreneur Lab exists if thereโ€™s any thing i can do to help u get one step closer plz let me know @Michael Taningco, @Anj Espinosa, and myself are all here4u!!! anyway, drop in the comments what spots should we hit this year?! weโ€™ve got Austin, TX Bozeman, MT Bali Thailand Singapore on the list so far
