HELLO! :)
Hey moms! So sorry for my hiatus in here! I was sick for 1.5 weeks and then as soon as I got better, we had so many life things and events that needed my attention. But now I am BACK and ready to make this the BEST free fitness, faith, & "mom life" community for moms! What did everyone do this weekend?? Comment below <3

We found out that we are having a baby girl this time. And my husband put together our son’s new outdoor playset. Besides those two things, I spent a few hours meal prepping yesterday.
Recipe Resource?
Hey! I’m looking for some meal prep inspiration because my food aversions keep limiting what I find appetizing. Where is the simple meals for families recipe guide that was posted not too long ago? I looked under the classroom tab, but I can’t find it. Unless I just didn’t remember the title correctly?

@Cassidy Cuevas this is the one I was looking for
🌸 Mom Chat Monday: Can you help me out?
Hey mamas! 💕 I’ve been putting a lot of love into the community lately, and my heart is to make it the most helpful, supportive space possible for moms. But here’s the thing… I don’t want to just guess what would help you. I’d rather ask you directly! So quick question: 👉 What would make this community the most valuable for YOU? - Easy family-friendly recipes? 🍲 - Short, do-at-home workouts? 🏋️‍♀️ - Tips to handle stress & mom-life overwhelm? 😅 - Or just a space to share wins and struggles without judgment? 💬 - Comment below ⬇️ I’m reading every response and using your feedback to shape what comes next. I appreciate you guys! 💛

@Cassidy Cuevas okay. I was planning on entering the ingredients and then determining the serving size and macros from there.

@Cassidy Cuevas I found it! This is the document I posted about the other day! Is it not under the classroom tab?
💕 Things I’ll Revisit in My Solo Mom Time
I wouldn’t trade being a mom for anything, my girls are the best part of my life. But let’s be real, motherhood changes your rhythms. Some things I used to do just don’t happen as often anymore… and that’s okay. But when I do get a little solo time, there are things I’d love to revisit: ✨ Reading a book cover to cover without interruptions ✨ Going out for a slow brunch and actually sipping hot coffee ✨ Spontaneous Target runs that don’t involve the snack aisle meltdown 🫠 ✨ Solo trip to Disney and take my Time (or hit everything I want lol) So I’m curious, what’s something you used to do before kids that you’d love to revisit when you get solo time? Not because life is worse now (it’s richer 💕), but because it’s fun to honor those parts of ourselves too. Drop yours below 👇

1. Going to the gym 7 days a week simply because I had the time and I enjoy it. 2. Reading for enjoyment. 3. Doing my nails as frequently as I used to. I have used dip powder since 2017, and the prep and application can be time-consuming, but it’s fun.
🌙 Mom Chat Before Bed
Alright mamas, let’s keep it light before we crash for the night 😴 Tell me in the comments… 👉 What was your biggest win today (fitness, mom life, or just surviving)? 👉 And what’s one thing you’re grateful for tonight? I’ll go first 👇 Win: Husband cleaned the entire living room, kitchen, and dining room while I was at the gym! 🥳Grateful for: Had an AMAZING coaching call on zoom with one of the 1-1 clients here (not going to name names). Had every reason to quit and make excuses (works full time, in school, and then some), but buckled down and took responsibility and made it happen. way to go girl! (you know who you are 💖) Your turn! Drop yours below ⬇️ — I love ending the day hearing from you all.

Win - made it to my 6:45am bloodwork appointment and still made it to work on time, went to my 5pm PT appointment after work and daycare pickup, picked crabs for crab cakes with my husband after our son went to bed Grateful - for my husband who made a good dinner choice tonight for us and got it ready so that my hungry pregnant self could eat dinner as soon as I got home from PT. Lol. It was a long day, but overall a good one.
