Just finished my principals of Gender Quiz and WOW
Just going through the community and starting to go through everything. After doing the gender quic is VERY clear I am in my wounded feminine energy lol. Almost all my answers were B except when it comes to emotional regulation internally. Really looking forward to healing my feminine energy and ingniting my inner masculinity. For years growing up I was a professional athlete in two different sports. Played for the Irish basketball team and competed for Ireland in Track and field also. Was always extremely competitive and self driven, knew what I wanted to do and went after it. Since leaving college and professional sport behind, I found myself in the middle, an underdeveloped feminine side due to sports playing a big role in my life, and also a driven, self directed version of myself kind of forgotten about. Over the last year i have really found my feminine side, self love, groundness, my health, regulation of thoughts, knowing what I truly want. But I have found my inner direction is no longer converting into my reality due to lack of discipline, okay with being comfortable, self doubt. I know as I go through the program I will learn more insights to this side and also what shadows/fears/limits is keeping that version alive and my masculine side expressed. But I find things like Yoga, Meditation, art ground my feminine side. What would you guys recommend in terms of daily actions to be intentional about maintaining my masculine side?
