Hi there! I'm new to this forum but not to U1. I trained there for several years; started BJJ with Heather when she started the women's class (then Keith took over), took boxing with Alex, Kickboxing with Molly until I needed to move to the east coast. I've been trying to find a gym with the same atmosphere and quality of people, but that's always been a struggle. I'm quite sedentary due to my job and my commute (~4 hours, roundtrip), so looking for something I can do at home while supporting U1.
