Can't Breathe
🙏🏼 Today has been a real struggle breathing. I get some relief from the Albuterol inhaler but it only lasts an hour or two. I can use it every 6. My SATS are holding between 95 & 97. I'm going to start the prednisone tomorrow. 🙏🏼

Cape Town does not have an official anthem but there is a popular song which originally dates back to the 1980's sang by the Rockets called: "Welcome to Cape Town", that has become a popular celebratory anthem for the city. https://youtu.be/2RjrNVgKH0A?si=SN3iTztl3BR9Wxbp This is a well-known song celebrating Cape Town. The song promotes friendship, kindness and beauty in a diverse city with a mix of different cultures and religions.

Cape Town is located in the Western Cape (Which confirms what Cherice mentioned about location last week), and we are known for our strong south easterly winds called the " Cape Doctor". It is called the Cape Doctor because locals believe that it cures the city by blowing away the pollution. I felt the Holy Spirit saying that we need to take note of the winds that blow in our cities because they are significant from a spiritual standpoint. So I will be praying into this a bit more.
