ANOTHER WEEK IS HERE 🤩
Fresh week, fresh content, fresh energyyyyy. Your prompts have been dropped here #Monday 29th September - both of these prompts will help sign clients so I'd recommend using these. Remember every post, story, and idea you share this week is a step toward more visibility, more connection, and more sales. To anchor in our intentions, drop below: - Your content goal for the week (growth, engagement, sales, consistency). - The small, simple actions you’ll take to make it happen. Keep it light, keep it fun, keep it consistent and we’ll cheer each other on all week. 🧸

☕ Welcome to The Cosy Content Club ✨ (Soooo glad you’re here!) First things first, let’s talk about where to start. 👉 Begin with Phase One in the classroom. This is your foundation. It’s where you’ll set up your toolkit, learn the basics of content types and formats, and start to shift into a more relaxed, creative way of showing up online. Everything else builds from here which is why some trainings unlock in stages. That’s not to hold you back, it’s to protect your energy and stop you from falling into the “binge and burn out” cycle. ⚡ Why not binge? If you feel the urge to rush through everything at once, that’s usually a sign of urgency or pressure. Real results with content don’t come from stuffing your brain with more strategies. They come from practicing, experimenting, and letting your voice settle into a rhythm. Think of it like learning an instrument. 10 minutes a day will get you much further than one marathon session. ✨ Here’s how to get the most out of this space: ✅ Move phase by phase. Start with Phase One and stay present with it. Let your content practice catch up with your ideas. ✅ Use the Prompt Vault. Whenever you feel stuck, dip into the prompts. They’re designed to unlock ideas quickly without overthinking. ✅ Engage with the community. This isn’t a solo journey. Post your content experiments, share your wins, and let others cheer you on. The more you engage, the more fun this space becomes. ✅ Play with the Leaderboard. Every time you interact, you climb levels. Think of it as cosy encouragement to keep showing up and building momentum. ✅ Join the Monthly Challenge. Each month there’s a simple challenge to keep you consistent. This is where you’ll see your biggest breakthroughs, because you’ll be creating alongside others and stacking repetition. 💛 Above all: Be gentle with yourself. This space is about making content feel easy, expressive, and uniquely yours. There’s no rush. There’s no “falling behind.” Every small piece you create is a step forward.

Hey everyone I’m Caryn from Manchester. I’m a certified Menopaise Champion, coaching, training and supporting Menopausal women and workplaces, driving clarity, confidence and performance. I’m driven to do this this after my own menopause nearly broke me! I’m here for the accountability . I already know Brianna is amazing, so to have access to here knowledge and support specifically for content is unbelievable. I want to learn everything that will make me consistent, credible, and sales focussed. I’d love to be better at stories. My favourite drink (after a glass of Prosecco) is coffee. Boring old instant coffee though. Looking forward to getting to know you all and learning together. 💕

SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE: DAY 5
Day 5 – Micro Lesson Prompt: Teach one simple, powerful lesson your audience can apply today for an instant win. Why? People are overloaded with “10 tips for this, 5 hacks for that.” Micro lessons stand out because they’re clear, implementable, and show you respect your audience’s time. Challenge Callout: The 99% overwhelm their audience. The 1% simplify and create clarity. Example: https://www.instagram.com/p/DOIt9F_jTym/

Love this one x
What would YOU love to see in here?
This is a fun project for me, a side business BUT one that I am taking VERYYY seriously to grow the biggest, best and cosiest community of creators and entrepreneurs. 🧸 ✔️ I know how to scale businesses. ✔️ I know how to get insanely visible. ✔️ I know how to build a company that makes sales daily. ✔️ I know how to build influence. And I just have this DEEEEP mission for this space to become the #1 place for business owners. So, what do YOU want to see from me in here? I'm all ears!! 🥳

I’d love some advice and challenges about stories. I find it so hard to be spontaneous. Also highlights. I have none! So grateful 💕
SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE: DAY ONE 🧸
Day 1 – The Story That Started It All Prompt: Share part of your story of why you do what you do... the deeper reason. Why This? In 2018, you could build a following with quick tips and surface-level content. Today, people are drowningggg in information. What they want is connection. When you share your “why,” you build resonance, which is the foundation of trust and sales. Challenge Callout: Most will keep hiding behind “value posts” that sound like everyone else. The 1% tell their story and become unforgettable. Example: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNxs3tW2or-/?igsh=MW5ydzFveGVkMmpyMg==

So I already had a carousel planned for this week about my why. So I’m posting this today, and I’ll create a voice over for next week plan. I’m also going to pin this to replace an old ‘’my story’ post from ages ago.
