How to use this community Start in the Classroom. The classroom contains the core materials for the Forming stage, including: - The Forming course content (modules and weekly guidance) - The Forming: Team Activities Library - Practical tools and facilitation guidance to apply the concepts with your team Each activity and resource is intentionally structured. The goal is to reduce interpretation and make preparation and facilitation easier. As additional stages of team development are released, new courses and activities will be added here over time. Before using an activity with a team: - Read the full activity page - Pay attention to timing guidance and what to observe during the exercise - Review the suggested next steps so the work doesn’t end when the activity ends How to engage here Use the community to: - Ask practical questions about applying activities or leadership tools - Share reflections after running an activity with a team - Surface challenges you’re encountering in real team settings Posts that are most useful tend to be specific and grounded in practice. What to expect over time This community will continue to grow. Additional team development stages, activities and leadership tools will be added without changing how the space works.
