@Jason Rotger Hey, thanks for the feedback! In the weightroom, my tested maxes for box squat and deadlift (sumo) are a 335 lbs. squat and a 345 lbs. deadlift. My bench press max is about 145 lbs And yes, at the middle-end of my races I actually do begin to not be able to hold my speed although I feel like I’m going all out. Is that a speed endurance issue?
