Especially if you're hiring remotely, this tells you far more than a resume ever will. You get to see how they communicate, how they present themselves, and whether they're a good fit. ✅ 3. Don't create the job description from scratch. Record a Loom explaining everything you want this person to own in your business. Then use AI to turn that into a job description and interview questions. Remember... As the CEO, your job isn't to do everything.
