Three Years Can Change Everything
I was just sitting in my office today, looked out the window, and had one of those moments where you stop and think... "What is life?" Right now, I'm building two AI bots for clients. Combined project value: $28,000. One is running on a VPS. The other is being built from the Mac Mini sitting on my desk. I've got AI helping me build AI, I'm reviewing content for this week, listening to a podcast, and just locked in on the work. Then I thought back to where I was just three years ago. My wife and I were doing Instacart for 10 hours a day. We were making $5K–$7K a month and putting everything we could back into building our Amazon business while helping clients with their credit. Most days, I was working out of my Honda. Today, I'm working from a three-bedroom penthouse. Life can change a lot faster than you think when you stay consistent, keep learning, and keep showing up. Sometimes it's good to pause for a second—not to celebrate that you've arrived, but to appreciate how far you've come. What's one win you've had this year that you're grateful for? Big or small. I want to hear it. Link: https://www.facebook.com/reel/922756040214649

Three Years Can Change Everything
From Instacart to $28K AI Projects
I’m just sitting in my office right now. You can see me here… But this is what I see when I look out the window. And I’ve just been sitting here thinking about how grateful I am for this life. Right now, I’m building two AI bots for two clients. Total project value: around $28,000. One is being deployed on a VPS. The other is running off a Mac mini sitting right here on my desk. What’s crazy is… I’ve essentially built systems that now build systems. I have my bot helping me build my client’s bots. At the same time, I’m reviewing content I need to record this week, listening to a podcast, and just operating in full focus mode. And I had one of those moments where I just paused and thought: ā€œWhat even is life?ā€ Because just a few years ago… My wife and I were doing Instacart 10 hours a day. Grinding just to make $5K–$7K a month. Reinvesting everything back into an Amazon store. Working out of a Honda. Now I’m sitting in a 3-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse… With my primary bedroom literally doubling as my main office space. And it hit me again: This is what leverage looks like. Not luck. Not timing. Just consistent execution, stacking skills, and building systems over time. Which stage are you in right now? Still grinding day-to-day… or starting to build systems that work without you? If You Don't Have a Team, You Don't Have Leverage
Still catching up from the weekend? Putting out fires? Trying to do everything yourself? That's usually not a time management problem... It's a leverage problem. If you want to scale your business, you have to stop hiring based on hope and start hiring with a process. Here's a simple framework I use: āœ… 1. Get their resume. Make sure you understand their experience and whether it aligns with the role. āœ… 2. Ask for a 1–2 minute Loom video. Especially if you're hiring remotely, this tells you far more than a resume ever will. You get to see how they communicate, how they present themselves, and whether they're a good fit. āœ… 3. Don't create the job description from scratch. Record a Loom explaining everything you want this person to own in your business. Then use AI to turn that into a job description and interview questions. Remember... As the CEO, your job isn't to do everything. Your job is to build a team that can. šŸ‘‡ Which best describes where you are today? I'm still doing too much myself. I've started building a team and delegating consistently.

Change Your Environment, Change Your Capacity
One of the biggest shifts I had to make was changing my environment. I had to get around people I wanted to learn from. People I'd be willing to switch bank accounts with. That meant spending less time around conversations that went nowhere—constant complaining, excuses, and settling for the status quo. Instead, I started surrounding myself with people who talked about: - the books they were reading - the lessons they were learning - the money they'd lost and what it taught them - the opportunities they were pursuing - how they were building something bigger than themselves Those conversations changed the way I thought. And when your thinking changes, your actions follow. That's why your environment is one of the biggest indicators of your capacity. The people around you don't just influence your habits... They influence what you believe is possible. šŸ‘‡ Be honest... Are the people around you pushing you to grow... or keeping you comfortable? Change Your Environment, Change Your Capacity
Your Environment Sets Your Ceiling
You have to remember this… Your environment is a major indicator of your capacity. How far you can actually go… how much you can actually grow… is heavily influenced by what’s around you. People always say, ā€œyour network is your net worth.ā€ But I’ll take it a step further. Your network is the ceiling to your capacity. It determines: - how big you think - how far you believe you can go - what you see as possible for yourself Because when you’re surrounded by people playing small… you naturally start shrinking your own vision. But when you’re around people building, executing, and scaling… your standard shifts without you even noticing. So the real question is: Are you in an environment that expands you… or one that limits you? Link: https://www.tiktok.com/@carringtonpierre/video/7653987260181843213
