I really wanted to look at the entire site (that I'm sure I've been to before). Is the whole thing down? I just found out that my neighbor (72 yr old widow whose husband worked for the railroads and had federal, non-SSA, retirement and then 25 yrs as a trucker where he did pay into SS) had never heard of the Fairness Act and I was explaining to her she needed to look into it and see if she might qualify for additional benefits (she's struggling). I was hoping there was information on your site that explained how that works and who qualifies... or at least who she would contact to see if it's something she might be entitled to).
