@Kimberly Armatys the salt cave is awesome. I go to a place about 30 minutes from my house and the room is set up like a cave with salt brick walls and a entire floor of a salt. The ceiling is painted like the night sky and the there are some lights behind the walls to make it glow. They put on a relaxing soundscape and I just sit there breathing in the salt air and chilling. It's awesome!

@Kimberly Armatys yes and she has other things there too. Infrared sauna, PEMF mat, Reiki, Acupressure. I go every Saturday 😊
Acidophilus made simple...
When I was in my 20's I went to a naturopathic dr and she introduced me to Acidophilus for the first time. You’ll usually see it as Lactobacillus acidophilus and it's basically one of the “good bacteria” your gut actually wants more of. It helps keep things balanced in your digestive system, which matters more than people think; because when your gut is off, everything feels off. People usually take it to help with things like bloating, constipation, or just that general “something’s not right” feeling, especially after antibiotics since those wipe out the good bacteria too. You can get it from supplements or foods like yogurt and other fermented stuff. It's one of those simple, foundational things that can help your body get back on track.

In my 20's I was having an issue and desperate to get answers. I found my first naturopathic Dr. She introduced me to acidophilus for the first time and ever since then I've been slowly gathering more information about how what we put in our body is such a major contributor to most ailments.

@Kimberly Armatys sure!
Who doesn't love food, right?
I'm so excited to make my first community circle post! I am the relationship chef, and I'm all about love, food, and travel... and of course I love to share it. Every week I usually post a cooking video in my community - last week it was shepherd's pie, and I thought I would share it with you all here today. I think we can all use new and different recipes, and sometimes it's as simple as just taking a little tidbit from another person's version that enhances yours. Hope you enjoy it! I would love to hear your feedback if you make it, and of course share pictures! New link!! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1adGGyV4RfpPV15MSc32NNiPV22PGZ69p/view?usp=sharing

@Kimberly Armatys I batch cook but not consistently. I will do it probably a couple times a month and then have meals that everyone can pick at all week as they like.
