Maybe you haven’t said it out loud. But you’ve started thinking… I’ll start fresh in January. The business. The content. The workout routine. The boundary. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 2027. But sometimes, most times, “I’ll start next year” isn’t a planning decision. It’s a protection pattern. Because if we tell ourselves there isn’t enough time left, we don’t have to risk starting and not finishing. We don’t have to find out if we can actually do it. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁. So before you write off the rest of this year, try this: 👉🏽 Pick ONE thing you’ve already started pushing into “next year.” Ask yourself: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄? 𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 31𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀? Then do one thing toward it today. Rewiring doesn’t happen because we tell ourselves to stop being afraid. It happens when we recognize the old pattern, question it, and give our brain new evidence by choosing differently. 2026 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿. Don’t let an old fear decide how you spend the rest of it.
