A question about collecting email addresses. Amazon’s terms and conditions prohibit including links in your book that lead to email collection. How do you do this legally? What percentage of people sign up for these free bonuses compared to book sales?

Hello. I'm new and just starting to research KDP.

I need help regarding using ManyChat with TicToc. Tictoc will not let me use ManyChat without a business account, however, I cannot sign up to TicToc Business without a EIN, which I do not need (according to the IRS). Does anyone have any suggestions for a work-around?
