Good morning! I'm new to the group. I'd like to introduce myself: Donna, from SC. I am a realtor, but shifting more to the investment side this year with 3 local purchases. Now, I am looking to expand into short term rentals in the Kentucky market, specifically looking for STRs along the Bourbon Trail. I'm excited about this! I am also in the process of launching "Mom in the Middle" using my own experiences of downsizing my parents and moving them in with my family due to their health issues. So, I am raising teenagers and "raising" elderly teenagers-- chauffeuring to appointments, making sure everyone eats more than just junk food, turning off the lights that "no one" left on 🤣. My focus is on moms in the same season of life, navigating "between the PTA and the VA", who need to help senior relatives downsize or reorganize/redesign their home accommodate changing abilities (physical and mental), who are considering multigenerational living, or just need a daily dose of Corgi humor.
