Who's ready for Storywork on Wednesday?
Some of my clients call me the words and weed witch. ABRACADABRA!! Let's go! I had so much fun creating this video so I decided to share the full scene with you. Enjoy the show. I laughed so much making this video and rewatching it afterwards with Sebastian. 🤣

@Tim Souly Yes! You don't? I don't like coffee. I crave chocolate sonetimes and cannabis sativa every day. I just love how cannabis makes me feel. I think sometimes I want a break from my normal consciouness. My mind is pretty noisy and sometimes I ruminate on unpleasant things. I like it when I'm bored, when I have to do something I don't want to do, or when I'm in emotional pain. I used to be a professional dancer and I thought it made me a better one. Cannabis quiets my mind and brings me to the present. It allows me to appreciate things more and makes me want to have fun. I think cannabis is showing me how to be in those times, but I can't seem to get there without it. I wish I could be high all the time. I get irritable sometimes when I can't have it. I'll smoke some so I'll enjoy an activity more or so an activity won't be as bad. If I go without it for a month or so, that stops until some strong bad emotions happen and then the craving kicks in again. I had gone a month without it, and then I listened to Ryan's podcast. I thought, maybe I can use it just ceremonially once in a while. Then it was every day for two weeks. Maybe I can't do it moderately. Maybe I have to abstain like they say in AA. I hope not. I've been diagnosed with depression, ADHD, and anxiety. Cannabis works better than anything for all of these. I used to tell myself "what's the difference between me using cannabis or a pharmaceutical?". Now I'm on pharmaceuticals and trying to quit cannabis or use it far less frequently. I wonder if it kills my motivation. I wonder if I like it too much.

@Wendy Raff It doesn't affect my appetite.
addiction?
Hi everyone! I recently abstained from cannabis for a month. I decided to try and use it ceremonially once and only once a few days ago. Next thing I know, I'm a daily user again. How do I approach this if I tend to get addicted to cannabis because I love it so much? Thanks.
