I was watching a reel of a tv programme, where one strict parent swaps home for 1 week with another strict parent. They live in each other daily life and try to see where each family is going wrong or is different. After the week the couples sit across the table from each other and give it to each other and wow that was something. They are so quick to check each other and when the shoe is on the other side oh dear! voices are raised feelings seem genuinely hurt. This made the topic ED posted yesterday on THE GAP BETWEEN KNOWING IT AND LIVING IT, make so much sense. Even as coaches we struggle to see ourself in the same lenses we see others. that class will be an interesting one for sure for many of us.
