No on cares, you took money and didn't close the account and you won't let us close our accounts and you keep taking money. Why? You need to refund our money and correct this please. You don't close it out so we cannot remove our credit card, you grayed it out, and you just keep charging and provide nothing. This is your reputation and you name is all over this evil doing.

Why are you still charging me hundreds of dollars a month when I have no access and I was told months ago that this group was no longer in service? You grayed out all of my ability to do anything in my account and I tried months ago to cancel it. Please refund my money for all of these months.
