First a confession:  I have not done all the books, classes, groups and therapies.  This was kind of my maiden venture into "ME stuff" and, in a surpise to no one based on the name - I HATE it.  So why am I still here?  
1. It changed me. (continues to) 
2. knowing other people doing this, at their own pace, in public, without shame or apology with me
3. The people.  The support, insight, celebration, engagement and collective dedication to growth. The nicest bunch of haters you'll ever meet.
