Ayla’s Yoga Nidra podcasts have been a beautiful source of calm and inner strength during some of the most challenging moments of my life. I especially love her thoughtful introductions and meaningful quotes, which often resonate deeply and stay with me long after the practice. Her gentle guidance helps me find peace in the middle of the storm and reconnect with myself. I’m deeply grateful for her kindness and for the wonderful space she creates for rest, reflection, and hope.
