I have always found it fascinating that once Moses and the Israelites were out of Egypt, after they had been traveling awhile…after they had witnessed the many miracles that God provided to deliver them out of (including slavery)…some reached a point of wanting to turn around and go BACK to Egypt! (good luck crossing the sea) But that always baffled me! After seeing all the good things God did for them, and all He had provided. But sometimes, the flesh in us craves familiarity, even if it’s not good for us. And it dawned on me, I have been just as guilty as they were in the past! Even though it’s accepting less than we were called for, even though it could make us a slave to something or someone! This is why we have to fully surrender to God✅ That way we don’t have Egypt in the depths of our heart. That way when we don’t know our exact direction or understand the way life is heading…we don’t want Egypt (familiarity) to creep in and win our hearts. Lord help us fully surrender to You🙏🙌🏻 We know You can handle any and all things that come our way!

Hi all, I hope you are all doing well! It was on my heart to ask you all how God is moving in your life so i thought about inviting you to break down something small or big that you really saw God move in or a way that God used you this week! This week, with all honesty, I was feeling quite discouraged with how much I've chosen to take on and if I should take a step back. I study full-time at university, work and also am in a key team at church. I felt a bit broken down and feeling the weight of it all. God moved beautifully through my boyfriend and encouraged me to turn back, slow down and not try to do this all in my own strength but lean on God. It was beautiful and a great eye opener, also great conviction haha! Anyways, as we approach Sunday, I'd love to know what God did this week to impact you or others! Blessings!
