My project is to continue strengthening my experience in mushroom cultivation. I've worked with oyster mushrooms and now I'll start with shiitake to expand my production and knowledge. I'm interested in learning more about their management, substrates, and ideal growing conditions, and in hearing from those who already cultivate them.
