Attraction Rather than Promotion
Some of you probably recognize this phrase from somewhere. I decided put it into action in my community and in my life. Here's what happened. I was invited to participate in a summit. Thank you @Katya McEwen for the amazing opportunity. I didn't tell people come to the summit. I told them how excited I was to have manifested a speaker spot in the summit. I won the opportunity to offer a bonus session for being the speaker with the most affiliate LLV. The summit participation attracted new members to my community. One thing I learned at the summit was that I needed a business coach. Since I've moved 85% of my business to skool, I needed a skool community coach. When @Brenda Rigney spoke at the summit, I immediately knew I had attracted my coach. I teach people how to clear money blocks and I still have money blocks of my own to clear. One of my biggest blocks was charge value for value. Translation charging for the right price. I had no idea I was losing members and clients by charging too little. Scarcity mindset had me believing that I couldn't over charge. Here was my thinking, "I wouldn't pay that much for...". Of course I wouldn't! I didn't need it, why would I pay for it? When I recognized what I was willing to pay for similar services, it hit me. I'm not going to a $50 Reiki healer, why would I charge $50 for a reading or a coaching session. My business coach had told me the right people will pay the right price. I increased my prices by 70% overnight. I got more clients not less and my regular clients stayed. I even have 3 staff members on commission. Two of whom asked to join me. The other thing that changed was I became more willing to jump in at prices that scared me off before. I joined premium memberships in communities I was invested in. I signed up for VIP with @Brenda Rigney without batting an eye. I became the member I want to attract and it's working.

Very exciting! There is a lot to learn about summits so it's great to see a dedicated Skool community.
How can you get 100 new members in 30 days?
Let's go...I'd love 100 ideas for 100 new members. Drop them in the comments. Best idea gets pinned.

@Carol Tice Love it, and it makes sense since they're already on Skool.
Avoiding the Community Owner's Growth Trap
The fastest way to build the wrong offer is to build it alone. Your community isn't a distraction from building. Your community should help you decide WHAT to build. Build with people, not in isolation. 📊 Poll: When creating something new, do you:

@Christine Vabre Indeed!
What's one thing you do to make your members feel seen? 🩵
We spend so much time talking about getting members through the door — and rightly so. But I've been thinking about what actually makes someone stay. Not the content. Not the price point. The feeling of being seen. People don't leave communities because of the cost. They leave because they stopped feeling noticed. I'd love to know your thoughts 🤔

@Pat Terrell I've been wondering whether leaderboard works even in a community that promotes calm and no pressure. Do you think they would still value the visibility?
