@Lee Simmons wow!!! That’s awesome 🤩
Curious
I realized today that healing doesn’t come from avoiding feelings—it comes from facing them with love. How do you face your emotions?

@James Edward Love that! Acknowledging and sitting with emotions is so powerful. Journaling and speaking it out are great ways to process and learn.

@Brian De Gruchy Such a powerful mindset! Embracing them as teachers is so freeing. Love this perspective!
Frequency Fridays for January! (share your story!)
Happy New Year and welcome back to Frequency Fridays! for anyone new here, Frequency Fridays is a space to reflect and share real experiences that have shaped your awareness, perspective, or sense of self… and in doing so, you give others permission to do the same for many people, last year brought subtle but meaningful shifts including clearer boundaries, deeper self-awareness, or a different way of relating to old patterns. one of the clearest ways to recognize those shifts is through storytelling when we share our experiences honestly, others see themselves reflected. That’s often why people resonate with my work. you may have heard me share stories from my past- from working a 9–5 selling women’s shoes, to navigating difficult family dynamics. Those stories tend to land because they mirror something familiar so take a moment and reflect: - what’s one experience from 2025 that shifted your awareness or perspective? - what insight came from that experience? - how has it influenced the version of you stepping into 2026? share in the comments below and can't wait to see everyone’s responses!

@Lee Simmons Totally! Enforcing them is the tough part, but once you stay consistent, it gets easier and more respected.

@Rinku Rajkhowa Thank you! So true setting boundaries can be tough, but it definitely brings clarity. Wishing you all the best!
watch her bring her energy BACK instead of projecting it OUT... (LIVE DEMO)
live demo where you can watch stop feeding a Narcissist Her Energy in 25 Minutes (Powerful Exercise) Have you ever heard me talk about how when you project energy AT someone it repels them and feels intuitive on their end? And when you bring it BACK into your body YOU feel more safe and present AND it attracts people to you? I learned this at a retreat in Costa Rica back in 2017 and it changed my life And at a recent live event I brought someone on stage to experience this first hand! She was in a tough spot because she has a narcissistic mom who calls her stupid and demeans her She also has a sick dad she feels she must be responsible for her family and would feel guilty cutting ties and not tolerating how she is being treated How do you let go of a relationship when the narcissist is your mom? And what about her dad? Who will take care of him? Watch what happens as she broke through to a whole new level in this new Youtube video! https://youtu.be/z_0akeE1nvQ As a kid she learned to expand her field to include mom and dad… And pleasing mom became a condition to being loved Tuning to mom and making her happy became a matter of survival And becomes what is called “supply” that keeps “the drama triangle” alive In this video you will learn… -Why loving someone can secretly keep you trapped in a toxic dynamic -The moment you step out of the pattern and become the “bad guy/girl” — even though you’re finally choosing yourself -How guilt, responsibility, and over-giving become the price you pay for love -The exact shift that helped her feel grounded and free in minutes Watching and posting these videos have me excited to run more live events soon! Next one will be January 31st in Los Angeles! More details coming soon if you are interested Talk soon :) Peace, Much love, And Namaste Aaron Doughty P.s I’m thinking of running a 3 day virtual lab in January to help you break free from your core pattern that is subconsciously holding you back from love and abundance… is this something you’d be interested in? Comment on the new video and let me know! https://youtu.be/z_0akeE1nvQ

Wow, Aaron! This really resonated with me. The idea of bringing energy back into your own body instead of projecting it outward is powerful. It’s something I never really thought about before, but it makes so much sense. It’s hard when you feel responsible for others, especially in tough family situations, and the guilt can be overwhelming. I love how this exercise helped the person in the video break through to a new level of freedom. It’s inspiring to think about how setting boundaries can actually bring peace, not just to yourself but to the people around you as well. Looking forward to learning more from you, and I’d definitely be interested in the 3-day virtual lab. Keep up the amazing work!

@James Edward Thank you! 🙏🏼 It really is amazing how setting boundaries can create more peace not just for us, but for everyone. It’s such a powerful shift, even though it’s subtle. So glad it resonated with you!
hard to accept but true…
Want to hear something that is hard to accept but is true for most people? we are more like our parents than we think. I know it sucks to admit this or see this the same things you don’t like about mom and dad are patterns you either rebel against or embrace and even if you rebel and don’t like it… the rebelling against is still being controlled by it and what we judge in them is what we judge in ourselves I’ve been reading some books on inner child healing and psychology that have been super insightful for me with both my work and as well as how I can apply it to my own life I’m also going to be going to a transformation retreat later in the year many of my friends have been through that is specifically on healing the child mother and father dynamic and last night I did a meditation before bed connecting to my mom and dad… to when they were 12. Can you imagine having a conversation with your mom and dad when you were 12 and they were too? What emotions would they feel? What challenges do they have? This was super insightful for me I realized that due to my moms childhood… she felt TRAPPED she had to run away around 16 years old due to a certain type of abuse that was happening in the house she felt lonely and scared and didn’t know what to do at 12 years old she had a passive mom that allowed what was happening to happen And I found it very interesting growing up… I felt trapped too having the controlling ex step mom in my life until about 16 as well and a passive parent that at some level allowed it to happen too I’ve never realized how much like my mom I might be she is someone who had to fight for freedom… like I did she is someone who probably felt avoidant of relationships and didn't want to be trapped in them similar to how I have felt in the past too she had a hard time trusting people due to her childhood and I can see that much of the same type of energy that was in her childhood was in mine too having this experience allowed me to gain more clarity around my patterns and to realize that it didn’t all start with me
hard to accept but true…
