“Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. Say to those who are fearful-hearted, Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will…. Come and save you.” Encouragement can be a gift from God but it is something that is freely given to us all. A simple word, a smile standing by someone side. Encouragement is strong and powerful. We need to always want to uplifting not because we are told to be but because we want to be.

Been under the weather all week. My depression is heavy these days. Anyway. Heading out to see Mercy Me in concert tonight. Been a few years since I have seen them. Will be an exciting day. Would rather see fork&c but mercy is good. God is good. When I wake each day it is because He has given me this time.

I’ve never posted on here before so here it goes. I’ve been really struggling. My husband and I have been fighting a lot. He’s just been so angry lately so absorbed by everything going on in the world and stressed from work in building our own business. I know he’s going through something and I’m trying to love him through it. He’s just so short fused and gets upset about everything. He just has an angry irritated since about him all the time even when I say things in a loving way, just trying to speak truth to him he doesn’t seem to listen. He’s pulling away from God even said today that he doesn’t believe anything in these Bibles because they have been rewritten and things have been taken out. He’s starting to question everything and says he’s a horrible leader and obviously doesn’t know how to lead this family. When I try to speak truth and point him to God and point him to other Christian men for guidance he refuses. He thinks that God is telling him to get angry with family and opening his eyes to people’s true colors, and I just tried to speak truth and he won’t listen to me. Now it’s to the point where I feel like he’s questioning everything he doesn’t even pay attention in church anymore he’s completely distracted, and it is caused me to be so depressed and miserable. Don’t know how to hold this family together. We have five kids, and I feel like it’s filling them with confusion because of all the stuff he says in front of them. I just don’t know what to do.
