Identifying your audience
When meeting with clients, one of the first things we always go over is their audience. Your course will solve a problem, but for who? Let's talk about the people your brilliance will help. Who are you creating this course for? Be specific!

I know you keep saying that trying to please all pleases no one. However, is it OK to have two demographics in mind? I am mostly trying to appeal to the 30-ish urban professional who wants to transition from "party vacations" to a more sophisticated, sustainable travel model. They enjoy wine and learning about other cultures and want to learn more to enhance and inspire their travels. They also embrace healthier lifestyles and want to learn about eco-friendly farming practices and to enjoy a good farm to table experience with wine. The other demographic is the older, retired traveler who already has a basic knowledge of wine and/or culture, but is looking to get back to nature and enjoys learning about sustainable farming and viticulture. I appreciate your perspectives on this?
