Cold Fermentation
Hi Sandra, When I place my shaped dough in the fridge for the cold fermentation, do I cover it or leave it uncovered? Thanks!

Hi! I've tried to make this bread a few times previously. It seems to me that many people act as if baking sourdough bread is an intuitive process. I'm not an intuitive baker lol I need explicit instructions: do this first, this second, and so on! I was so happy to find Sandra's videos with clear instructions and very little subjectivity! I'm thrilled to be here!
