  My life forever changed when I saw Dan on Instagram walking down the road quietly giving words of encouragement.   I love the many options here to get a healthy mind, body and spirit.  Yoga - Breathwork - Weirdo Workouts - so much more - were essential tools to healing a life of addictions.  I wake up excited to BREATHE and move and share the love I've received.
