1. Why Are You Getting Into Business? Fearless Notary Services (FNS) - I became a notary while working in my prior job as a case manager for child welfare cases. Social workers definitely don’t make enough money for the work we do - and the hours I was working were draining on my personal life and health. I tried many different types of ways to make extra income through MLM but I truly wanted to provide a service and not just sell a product. When I discovered the new income opportunity that a notary commission provided , I felt that I could achieve both goals of helping the public and providing additional income for myself and my family. Create with Carlotta (CWC) - I want to build a passive fun source of income to get out of debt, build retirement and to build wealth for my family. 2. What Is Your Short-Term Goal? FNS - I want to reestablish my LLC within 2 months. I want to make $500 consistently within 3 months, $1000 within 6 months and $2000 within 12 months. I want to complete 10 RON signings monthly, perform 100 wedding ceremonies and obtain 50 apostille clients over the next 12 months. CWC - I want to sell 50 digital products monthly within 12 months and have 2 selfie booth bookings per month consistently within 12 months. 3. What Are Your Long-Term Goals? FNS - I want to replace my full-time income within 3 years. CWC - I want to double my full-time income within 3 years. Within 5 years I would like to have a portfolio of digital products and build a community to help child welfare social workers learn how to live and work without burning out. 4. How Will You Reach These Goals? Change mindset about the way I was doing business before - it was not effective! Accountability - Signing up for mentorship (complete!) Resources needed - business training & notary training This week’s task - set weekly schedule and complete expense report 5. What Are Your Short-Term Sacrifices For Long-Term Gain? Time and initial money investments - there will also be adjustment in schedule to be sure my family time does not suffer.
