Making a deal
Hi I’m about to call a realtor to make a deal so I can sell the property to a hedge fund. Anyone knows a good script or what to say to them to sign the contract so I can sell it to a hedge fund?

Understood. I just had a situation just now that the realtor wanted to use her contract and denied mine. So I had to bailed out on. What should I done differently to avoid that?
