Want FREE access to a 350 MILLION contact Lead Database? (Bye bye Sales Nav)
Hey Guys and Gals! You might’ve seen I’ve invested in a B2B lead generation platform. Not something I do lightly… BUT this one is a beast. It does some amazing things. But the main 3 are: 1. Automates your Linkedin outreach so leads roll in on autopilot. Demo by Johnny below 2. You can grab the cellphone number of anyone in the world by using their email or Linkedin id! 3. We have a 350 MILLION contact lead database that can basically replace your Linkedin Sales Navigator And for a LIMITED TIME… We’re giving away FREE LIFETIME ACCESS to the lead database. Yep. Free. Use the AI search to find your PERFECT leads till your heart’s content. You can filter by industry, company size, revenue… even keywords in their LinkedIn company or personal bio. Think about what you’re paying for Sales Nav right now I’ll be honest with ya… We’re losing money on this. But we’re betting that once you see the power of the database, you’ll want the LinkedIn automation running in the background too. Here’s how to grab it: Step 1 - Sign up here - www.topa.io Step 2 - Go to List Building > Lead Database and enter code DANWARDROPELEADS That’s it. Don’t sleep on this one. It WON’T be free forever. Sign up now! Here for ya! -Dan P.S. The code is what unlocks the free access. Copy it exactly or it won’t work. P.P.S. LinkedIn "Signals" coming soon - watch this space

Wow! Thanks, fellas. This is gonna print.
LinkedIn is GATEKEEPING your best leads
If you’ve ever tried to use LinkedIn you’ll know its great at FINDING strong leads. The big, juicy, $250K - $1M deals are there. The decision-makers are there. In Sales Nav you can filter by industry, revenue, location… and within seconds you're staring at your PERFECT prospect. It gets you salivating. And then… that's kinda where LinkedIn leaves you. Because it doesn't help you actually CONNECT with those people. You're on your own growing your network one request at a time. It doesn't help you START conversations either. Just gifts you some InMails and then says good luck. And the ACTUAL contact info you need? Their mobile, their email… LinkedIn keeps that to itself. So you're paying about $100 a month for the privilege of window shopping. Nose pressed against the glass… everyone you wanna talk to right there on the other side… And no way through the door. This is a deal killer! So when we built our cold outreach tool… We knew we wanted access to everything LinkedIn can do… And MORE. Things like… Sending connection requests FOR us, every single day, so our network grows while we're doing literally anything else. OPENING conversations for us with an automated message sequence… then hand us the replies so we can take over and seal the deal. And we DEFINITELY want it to find mobile numbers and physical addresses so we can follow up over and over. And if it could do ALL of this cheaper, big win :-) Johnny had his work cut out. But he has pulled it off 🥳 Because Topa does all the above. And it does it pretty freaking well. Our 1-2-3 Handraiser automated sequence is getting a 25% response rate. The Topa database is north of 350M+ contacts (almost all of LinkedIn)... Fully searchable… with filters that are easier to navigate and use than Sales Nav… And we have about 70% mobile coverage for all of ‘em. Every member ALSO gets 10,000 downloads a month so you can pull their mobiles, emails and addresses. Thats a LOT. More than most peeps ever need, but its there if you wanna go ham.

How to Build Your Dream 100 List (Step by Step)
Yo, I’ve been bangin’ on about your Dream 100 for a few posts now. So I wanted to do a quick write up to help you get this in motion. ‼️MAKE SURE TO BOOKMARK THIS PAGE This is the EXACT process we’re using to find the best companies to send lumpy mail to. And then book coffee dates with companies most peeps can’t even get a reply from. You don’t need 100 leads to get started And if ya follow this… you can use whatever method you want to get hold of them (if lumpy mail isn’t your thing) Here it is: STEP 1: Pick Your SUB Niche This is obvious - we need to narrow down. If we’re sending a letter, that letter needs to be niche specific. Too general and it’ll get ignored. Most peeps would choose things like “solar” or “home services” and then call it a day. I would go one step further. Go into a SUB niche. So when you break down solar: -Residential Solar Installers -Solar Lead Gen / Aggregator Companies -Battery Storage -Commercial & Industrial -Solar Financing You get the idea. Just ask ChatGPT to help. This is how we chose our Kids Adventure Parks subniche. STEP 2: Source Company Targets There are many ways to do this. A) The lazy way is to ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude to search and find companies that meet your target criteria for your sub niche. It won’t know a company’s revenue range. But it will be able to help you scrape their sites and see how legit they are, how old they are, if they have optin forms (and therefore collect leads), if they are GDPR compliant (and can send SMS), if they run ads etc. B) Once you start clicking on sites, your Facebook is gonna start getting retargeted by companies in that sub niche. Click on all of them, optin and note them down! If they run ads, they are likely a good fit. This is one of the BEST ways to have companies find YOU. Then when you optin, you can see how long until someone calls you. This is a Speed To Lead issue. C) The Old Fashioned Way: Just poke around Google, look for news articles, look at the Google Search ads that pop up using that keyword, sites that collate “best solar companies in the UK”. Aggregator sites. Anywhere you can source company names and build a big list.

The narrower your pitch, the HARDER it hits
Imagine walking into a room of 500 biz owners and yelling “WHO WANTS MORE CUSTOMERS?” Everyone kinda nods… but nobody feels like you're talking to THEM. Now… Imagine pulling one trampoline park owner aside and saying “I can fill your Saturday slots with birthday parties so you’re not relying on rainy days to fill the place” That's the difference between broad vs narrow. When ya pick a tight sub-niche, your entire message changes. The outcomes get specific… The pain points hit harder… And the person hearing it feels like you ACTUALLY understand their world. Because you DO. You've taken the time to learn what keeps THAT type of owner up at night, not just “business owners” in general. Generic outreach gets treated like junk mail because it reads like junk mail. Narrow outreach reads like someone who gets it… and that's the person they wanna jump on a call with. So before ya send another campaign, ask yourself… could I make this MORE specific to ONE type of business? If yes, do that first - even if it FEELS restrictive. Your results will be better Dan

When I was in car sales, the braggy prospects that came in like "Who wants to sell us a car today" would totally get ignored by veteran car guys or passed along to the newbs.
