I'd like to know your thoughts on having challenges here. It'd be something like moving for 5 days straight, whether it's a 5 minute walk, a 30 minute jog, or even a set of stretches while you're sitting on a chair. The idea is to motivate each other to not sit still, which is a big thing. Let me know your thoughts!

This is the bread I use. It has only 1g of net carbs. It tastes great and it's filling! The only thing I don't like about it is the oil used (I believe it's soybean). There are some that use olive oil (my preference) but those are just waaaay too expensive. I hope this helps!
