Negotiating this wicked deal right now hopefully sign the contracts today I’ll drop the address once the contract is signed looking at a 120k return for the buyer no major repairs Update::: The Agent wasted so much time on the deal until someone got it under contract before me and it flopped and now the deal is lost

Any home inspectors in here I have some questions

The last post I made it was about a very good deal I’ve been negotiating for almost two months and I was asking people to be prepared for it then when I was about to put in the contract I found out someone beat me to it and I never returned to the group I never opened anything related to the business until now I was really disappointed and mad at myself for whatever reason right now I’m still trying to gather myself and hit the road again

I need some help with this on market deal but the agent is giving me the run around I gave her a price and she’s telling me she don’t think they will accept it are they not supposed to bring all offers to the seller but my offer was through a text do I put I on a contract and send it I really need help with this one I’m on my lunch break right now but I need to know how to move forward with this one
