Last week, @Ashley Cox, who is working on our content creation right now, sent me a message and said: “Hey, why don’t we ask community members to send us B-roll footage from where they are—restaurants, cafés, landscapes, events, cool places, etc.? Then the community can actually contribute to the content we’re creating.” And I thought… YES. This is exactly what 6DegreesApp is about. 🙌 This community isn’t just watching an app get built, you’re helping us build it and bring it to life. Then TODAY, @Johanna Vaudran randomly reached out and said, “Hey, I was just thinking… would you like some footage from my trip to Paris, France?” 🇫🇷 And proceeded to send me videos and photos from her trip that we can use for 6DegreesApp content. Like… COME ON. 😂✨ I swear, things just keep aligning. And I LOVE how aligned this community is with what we’re creating together. We are officially starting to build Booking.com-style accommodation matching into 6DegreesApp. This means we’re now collecting real places you would genuinely recommend so we can begin connecting trusted recommendations to future booking opportunities inside the app. Right now, I’m looking specifically for your favorite: - Hotels - Resorts - Vacation rentals - Cabins - Unique stays - Retreat stays - Places you would absolutely tell a friend to book - If you have one, drop it below or send it to me with: - Name of the place - City/state/country - Why you recommend it - Website or booking link if you have it - A photo if you have permission to share one - This is one of the first real monetization layers being built into 6DegreesApp, and Founding Members are helping shape it from the inside. The app is getting more real by the day.

One of the things I’m most excited about is seeing YOU earn money by sharing 6DegreesApp while we’re building it. Right now, Founding Members earn 40% when someone joins through their referral link, and after launch, you’ll continue earning from qualifying travel bookings made through your recommendations. We are getting closer and closer to public launch, but we still have some important beta cleanup to do before 6DegreesApp is ready for the world. A few things we’re tightening now: - Account/login flow - Profile photos, captions, bios, and business profiles - Destination search for visiting + relocating - Nearby and regional trusted connections - Adding, saving, editing, and removing recommendations - Messaging - Booking/affiliate tracking - Founding Member status + perks inside the app - Privacy, safety, and support tools If you’ve already downloaded the beta, have you had a chance to open it and look around yet?
