Switching from T to R
I made a year in my journey over the weekend🥳 I lost all of my weight on T starting at 210lbs to 153lbs🤗 I recently switched from 7.5mg T to R about three weeks ago now just to see if it would be better to get off my final 30lbs to reach my goal weight. And boy can I say that I’m one step away from switching back to T lol. I know it’s still early don’t get me wrong. But coming from eating very little on T and having little to no hunger ques vs now being on R and the hunger ques are BACK and I’m eating more.😩 not sure if I want to stick it out for the end results or just go back to T which has worked greatly for me. I’ve also gained 2lbs lol needless to say. I really don’t want to go the route of doing both T and R. I would rather just stick with one or the other. Any success from anyone here being on T and switching to R?

@Irma Hernandez @Christina Brown-Decoteau I don’t know why I’m so hesitant to do the Tirz and Reta combo🥴I may try it later down the line. I’m back on Tirz but I’m going to add Cag on in there with her to see how that combo works.

@Christina Brown-Decoteau Im still only on 7.5 Tirz 🥴🤣 I’m wondering if maybe it’s time for me to increase to 10 because I’ve been on it for a few months now. I only got up to 1mg of Reta.

Is CJC/IPA Much Better For Women Than Tesamorelin/IPA???
NO—CJC/IPA isn’t “much better” than Tesamorelin/IPA for women. They just do different jobs, and the “better” one depends on your goal. 💖 CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Think: balance, glow, and long-term wellness ✔️ Best for: - Overall body recomposition (slow + steady) - Skin, hair, nails (that soft glow-up) - Sleep + recovery - Hormonal support ✔️ Why women often prefer it: - Mimics natural GH pulses - Feels more “gentle” and sustainable - Less intense → easier to stay consistent 🔥 Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin Think: targeted fat loss—especially the stomach ✔️ Best for: - Visceral fat reduction (deep belly fat) - Faster waist slimming - Cutting/recomp phases ✔️ Why it’s not “worse” for women: - It’s actually more powerful for fat loss - Just more targeted, less “full-body glow” focused ⚖️ The honest answer 👉 CJC/IPA is NOT better… it’s just more well-rounded 👉 Tesa/IPA is NOT worse… it’s just more aggressive and specific 💡 The easiest way to decide - 💖 Want to look tight, toned, glowy, feminine overall → go CJC/IPA - 🔥 Want to drop stubborn belly fat faster → go Tes/IPA - 👀 Want BOTH → many women cycle or combine strategically 👀 Real-world combo strategy (what a lot of women do) - Start with CJC/IPA → build foundation (sleep, recovery, hormones) - Then switch or stack with Tesamorelin during a fat-loss phase

Great break down. I’ve been on Tesa for a couple weeks now for night time pin. Just incorporated CJC/IPA today for morning pin. Excited to see how it works out along side Reta 💆🏾‍♀️😊

@Christina Brown-Decoteau Yess🔥 That’s why I chose it from doing some research. I’m hoping to stick with it. I’ll definitely keep the group updated 😊
Happy Birthday to Meee 🎶
Another year around the sun 🙏🏽 I’m grateful for life, growth, health, and everything that came with this past year. Big thank you to this Skool group as well. Being around like-minded people who are focused, disciplined, and pushing forward has made a real difference for me. Excited for what this next year brings. More growth, more discipline, more results. Let’s keep going 🚀
