My apologies & please help a sister out for October!
I thought I had given enough fair warning that Friday’s social hours would be hit or miss for me (unless I’ve heavily packed the socials with special guest offerings that require advertisement and social coordination with the guest), but yesterday I was especially unorganized; it was originally slated as a Book Club I never got to picking a book for, but to boot, I kept thinking it was Thursday all day, and then was knee-deep in chicken pot pie when I opened my phone and my own SKOOL told me the LIVE was live… A quick assessment of my surroundings and escapability told me I was obviously (divinely?) meant to miss this one. And as I mentioned previously, I was otherwise comforted by the fact that I had already warned I would probably miss some of these, despite then making them more action-packed on the schedule lol… I apologize if this was disappointing for you or if you made extra efforts to be in my presence, specifically, but I would like to maintain this boundary and this allowance for myself. I share a ton about the ridiculousness that is walking my life, but yall have no actual clue… lol. The instagram is the least of my spiritual warfare. I’m sure I will share all aspects at some point but it just feels truly unfair sometimes. There is not a single front for which I am not fully engaged in battle, and yet I’m still doing everything I can to stay grounded and present and loving for my kids… it’s a full time job in every single perpetual now moment. I’m being chiseled and honed by that asshole Pluto… gratitude you mf 🙏 I am, however, re-oriented to time (with my 2am heartburn wake-up call and a fresh bentonite clay water on the rocks, bartender) and planning for a big educational Zoom on Sunday with Corrie (definitely taking up a ton of brain space!!), and then will probably need to adjust some things if there is too much pressure for me to be present in October… I’m officially waddling, and with shorter days and longer nights, the bedtime routines come quicker (we actually love winter for this reason lol, but it makes the 6pm window a little more difficult for me). I was assured last time I missed that just having the link posted would be good to allow you all to still gather without me… Do you all still want this? Or should I plan to just create Zooms that I can personally commit to? In which case I’m not sure me and this particular time slot are friends right now… It’s a rough hour to ditch the husband to do all the things after a long (short) day with 4 almost 5 feral wildlings (hoping for a Sagittarius this time, fyi).

I can’t be annoyed at you because I keep missing it too!! 10.30am on a Saturday morning here sounds easy enough in theory but it’s actually hectic time, house cleaning, washing clothes, food prep, kid sports…… I rarely remember to get on. You do what you need to. Obviously there will be time shortly, once babes is born I’m assuming you will live solely in a baby bubble and not be on Skool or socials much at all so we also need to be prepared for a short hiatus of Tatum.
Getting started
Can you guys walk me through your week before and week of plasma routine? How long did you prep your body before the first one? Is it always the mornings first? Do you enjoy coffee? What do you absolutely avoid? Are there certain things yo absolutely do? Thank you in advance! Stay divine!

I have supplemented with morning urine for a few months starting with a tablespoon in water and gradually increasing until it’s now pure. I ate fruit for 3 days before starting but also ate cooked vegetables at night and couldn’t abstain from my coffee so cut down to one espresso per day. The taste was neutral for me so I didn’t feel the need to cut out that last bit of caffeine or the vegetables but I notice in my morning plasma if I’ve had too much coffee the day priori!! I didn’t completely fast, I still ate fruit for the 7 days. John Armstrong’s book was great. After reading that I am now keen to do a urine only fast. But as all the others have said it’s all guided by intuition. I keep thinking I’ll reach out to Tatum and ask her a question but the answer invariably comes to me and the mantra I receive is always align divine. What feels good for me and my answer that pops into my head intuitively is the answer I need to follow.
Everything TEETH & BONES Zoom Summary
The replay of the Zoom has been uploaded to the Zoom library, but I was able to snag a Zoom AI Summary, so I figured I would share it here for anyone wanting the cliff notes. @Corrie Bignell and I were in agreement that it actually does a pretty good job lol... MEETING ASSETS 8/30 Quick recap This meeting was a book club discussion focused on tooth and bone health, where Tatum shared extensive personal experiences and research about dental decay, including how she and her family experienced rapid tooth decay after using zeolite and Risewell products, and how her husband successfully treated an abscess using yarrow oil. Tatum explained her theory that tooth and bone health relies on piezoelectricity - the ability of bones and teeth to generate electricity through mechanical force - and discussed the importance of silica, mastication, and natural mineral-rich water sources in maintaining dental health. She recommended several books including "Nutrition and Degeneration" by Weston A. Price and "The Gut Revolution" by Christine Bashir, while cautioning that while these books contain valuable information, they often miss the connection between mineral depletion and health issues. The discussion included personal experiences from other participants about using yarrow for tooth pain relief and the benefits of drinking natural creek water, with Tatum emphasizing that dental health issues stem from both dietary choices and environmental factors like mineral-depleted water supplies. Summary Natural Dental Health Solutions Tatum shared her personal experience with tooth decay and healing, discussing how she and her family encountered issues after switching to alternative health products like zeolite and risewell. She explained her husband's recovery from severe tooth pain using yarrow oil and pine sap, and detailed her research into dental health, including the importance of silica, piezoelectricity in bones and teeth, and the impact of modern diet and water treatment on dental health. Tatum recommended specific books on nutrition and dental health while cautioning about the limitations of current narratives, and suggested practical steps like adding silica to water for those living in cities.

This was amazing!!! Thank you so much for sharing all your insights and knowledge Tatum. I have a question though around your current dental routine or did I miss that? Do you do anything?
My First Shivambhu Foot Soak 🛁
I practiced with my first Shivambhu Foot Soak and absolutely loved the experience. 💛 It was incredibly relaxing, had a surprisingly sweet scent, and I completely vibed out for 30 minutes while listening to my frequency audio and sipping herbal tea. ✨ The before and after was wild. Yellow golden plasma before, after 30 minutes it was dark amber. My feet were super soft, and I had certainly had to use the bathroom and certainly detoxed something after! I have kept the plasma and will use it again for another foot soak in a few days. its evolving right now! First photo is before, second photo is after.

I did one last week and felt great afterwards. I’m trying to heal Morton’s Nueroma. But today all the skin is peeling off my foot!! Haha it’s crazy

Unpack the Stigma of Urine Therapy 💧
I am very much an “Ooooh… that feels good to me” kind of girl. 😂 Meaning, I can hear about something, see something, or be introduced to a completely new idea and my intuition will immediately say, “Yep. There’s something here.” I don’t always need someone to hand me 47 scientific studies before I’m willing to explore it. And, full disclosure, I’m also not always the best at articulating all of the scientific research either. LOL. That’s just not my superpower. That's Tatums @Renaissance Wellness super power LOL I’m much more about curiosity, intuition, lived experience, and then learning more as I go. A friend sent me this video today — and she’s actually a brand-new urine therapy user herself! — and I thought it was such a great conversation to share. So I’m sharing it here, and I’ve also added it to my Shivambhu classroom inside my Skool because conversations like this can help us unpack some of the stigma, discomfort, and programming surrounding this ancient practice.

@Corrie Bignell this was so great and educational. It was interesting to hear about the power of each method of use. I’ve been struggling with a sinus issue lately and should be snorting some aged urine by the sounds of it. I don’t have any as old as Cate speaks about though. But yeah all very fascinating

@Corrie Bignell I use a neilmed, one of those squirt bottles to flush the nasal passages with saline. I was thinking just flushing using that bottle could be a good starter
