So uhhh
I don't even know where to start man So last week,a call snapchat gc was there and I got kicked from it. One of my best former friends (we stopped being close a few months ago, he didn't put in any effort) told me he kicked me because both my exes were In it and the rest of my former friends backed him up. I then found out that ALL of my closest friends were in that group chat, along with other people,and then found out it was actually a hate group chat, well for me. They took small stories,and small things and exxageratted, changed and then just took off with it, and my closet friend leaked all my vents,made fun of me on every way and then said a bunch of messed up shi. Idek what to do, one of my friends tells me what's going on, and he's basically my inside agent, but I can't trust him because he's super close with the first two I mentioned,and I told him to leave the gc cuz it's not worth it,but he said he did and didn't.i confronted and he apologized, but I don't know if I can trust him anymore

@Jimmy Mcsuckinballs I think the problem with being so young is you think you must conform to this type of bullying and protect the secret of what you shouldn’t know about, this is just a high school thing. But if you step back and look at this objectively like everyone else here is able to do, you can see this is beyond a toxic situation and talking to anyone really in that circle is probably going to be bad for your mental health. This fake friend isn’t a friend. I know it’s a hard situation because your in high school and will have to see them again, but my advice would just be to be honest and say you’re disappointed they’ve treated you this way, and disconnect from them. People in your life should not treat you this way, and if I’m honest if you keep them in your life and they continue to treat you this way it’s on you not them. It’s better not to have someone in your life if they are going to be toxic. There’s probably a lot of context we are missing here as this is only one tailored version your talking about, but I don’t think your going to get any advice here of just get on with it, or just keep talking to them. As any objective person can see the situation for what it is, so it’s up to you to do with that as you want. Hope things improve for you.

I'm not fat yet I'm marked as overweight and I'm not exactly skinny or even fit but I need a workout that someone can recommend

Exercise is usually better for your mind than your actual body or trying to shed pounds. Seeing as you’re concerned about your weight ideally you’d try and focus on your eating habits. I would say it’s better to think about being more conscious of when your hungry and full, if your trying to lose weight you want to feel hungry more often then full, and you want to stop eating when you feel full even if you have more food on the plate, this can actually have a big effect over time. No one is going to be able to give you an exercise that will fit your lifestyle completely as only you know what might work, but try finding something you actually enjoy doing as it’s much easier to stick with then finding a perfect routine you end up quitting after a week. If your desperate for examples I enjoy walking/ BJJ and try and fit them around my day, rather than just deciding I’ll do it in the moment. But you might find something else better for you.

@Kaige Loustel it’s just bmi re why your marked as overweight, it’s not a perfect indicator it’s just a scale based on height. If you feel healthy I wouldn’t worry about that, I was just giving general advice on the weight element as it seemed like you were flagging that in the original post so I thought that’s what you were trying to focus on.
