This space is dedicated to mental health support through nervous system regulation and holistic care. I’m a former mental health nurse who chose to move toward a more holistic and integrative way of supporting mental and emotional well-being. My work combines clinical understanding of mental health, nervous system regulation, and holistic practices, including Reiki (Master level). This is a safe, non-judgmental space where you don’t need to perform, explain everything perfectly, or already “know what’s wrong.” You’re welcome exactly as you are. Here, the focus is on helping your nervous system feel safe enough to slow down, release pressure, and reconnect with yourself. You can ask questions, share your experience, or simply observe and take what feels right for you. Healing doesn’t start by forcing change, it starts with safety. 🌻
