Your Body Knows Before Your Mind Does.
Your Body Knows Before Your Mind Does. Most people wait until they're overwhelmed before they pay attention. But your nervous system usually sends signals long before burnout, exhaustion or anxiety show up. Maybe it's: • Tight shoulders • A clenched jaw • Difficulty sleeping • Constant fatigue • Feeling irritable • Brain fog • Trouble concentrating These aren't weaknesses. They're messages. Your body is constantly communicating with you. The question is: Are you listening? One of the most important skills you can develop is learning to recognise your nervous system's early warning signs before they become bigger problems. Awareness creates choice. And choice creates change. 👇 Discussion Question: What is the first signal your body usually gives you when you're under pressure?

Carrying the load Alone ?
Many women are not struggling because they lack strength. They are struggling because they have been carrying too much for too long. Careers.Families.Responsibilities.Financialpressure.Information overload. The world celebrates women who can do it all, but rarely talks about the cost. The result often shows up as stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, burnout, and feeling disconnected from yourself. The answer is not to push harder. The answer is to build the capacity to lead yourself well under pressure, protect your peace, and create healthy boundaries You were never meant to carry it all alone. What is one thing you need to lay down this week? #WomenInLeadership #SelfLeadership #StressManagement #FaithAndWork #PersonalGrowth

@Estelle Viviers I agree -- choose 3 things.. They stay top of mind and become priority and boundaries. Everything cannot be urgent .

@Chairmaine Cassidy. We were never meant to carry it alone-- that is what is so powerful about this community. Thank you for sharing and highlighting load women are carrying but that all is not lost. We build capacity and gain tools. Thank you
Community Connection Tuesday
One conversation can change everything. A new perspective. A word of encouragement. A reminder that you're not the only one navigating a challenge. So let's help each other today. Share: ✅ One thing you're currently working towards ✅ One challenge you're facing right now ✅ One way this community could support you Then choose at least two members and reply to their comment. Offer encouragement. Share an insight. Ask a thoughtful question. Or simply let them know they're not alone. The strongest communities aren't built when people post. They're built when people respond. Who's willing to go first?

@Viloshnee Perumal Balancing current responsibilities while preparing for new opportunities.. I can totally resonate with that. I'm using @Barry 24 hour capacity shift challenge... what evidence am I collecting?? What am I focussing on? So I'm choosing to say... I am someone who has the capacity for what life is asking of me....

@Estelle Viviers Wow, Estelle, so amazing your awareness -- choosing to respond, to take time, to say I'll get back to you.-- Love that
15 June🌿 Welcome to Coach Tammy's Accountability Pod 🌿
I am so excited to walk this journey with you over the next 7 days. This post will be our check-in space throughout the FREE 7-Day C.O.R.E. Nervous System Reset. For the next week, we're not chasing perfection or trying to change everything overnight. Instead, we're creating space to slow down, become more aware, reconnect with ourselves, and build the capacity to respond to life with greater calm, clarity, and confidence. One small step at a time. ✨ My role is to support, encourage, and guide you throughout the challenge. Please introduce yourself below and share: 1️⃣ What inspired you to join the C.O.R.E. Nervous System Reset? 2️⃣ What area of your life feels most overwhelming, demanding, or out of balance right now? 3️⃣ What would you love to experience more of over the next 7 days? (Peace, energy, focus, confidence, better sleep, less stress, etc.) 💬 Throughout the week, use this post to share your reflections, breakthroughs, questions, wins, and daily check-ins. Remember: You do not need to have it all figured out. You do not need to be perfect. You simply need to show up. Every small action is a vote for the person you are becoming. 💚 I can't wait to get to know you all. 👇 Introduce yourself below and let's begin. What would you most love to experience more of over the next 7 days? 🌿
