Day 2: Stretch it out
Today’s goal is simple and intentional: give yourself five uninterrupted minutes to stretch. A good stretch helps release tension stored in the body, improves circulation, and signals your nervous system that it’s safe to slow down. Stretching reconnects you to your body, increases mobility, and creates space for breath and clarity—especially if you’ve been carrying stress without realizing it.
