Introduction
Hello everyone, my name is Carl Jules. I’m a Haitian American based out of Fort Lauderdale Fl. I currently am a entrepreneur and student. Ever since purchasing the 30 Day Virtual Wholesale course I have been interested in seeing how creating a Virtual Wholesale business could help me achieve my dream of being free to live where I want and do what I want. Im still in the process of starting my business but Im planning on getting no less than 5 deals for the year. Im thankful to be in a group of like minded people and I’m sure we can help each learn the in’s and outs of the business. I want to get into the Florida market but I was also thinking about looking into a 2nd market as well. Once again nice to meet all of you 😃😄

I hope not because that’s the strategy I plan on using lol. After that I was going to add SMS and Mailers but I’m really betting on cold calling to be my bread and butter

@Jasmine Garr Honestly I believe that the cold calling is here to stay because whenever someone sells a house they want a person behind the transaction. I think it’s just about integrating other forms of marketing as well because we are in 2025 so it would only make sense to use targeted ads
